shooting: casting

At the San Francisco Film Festival where I present Les Neiges du Kilimandjaro, a man comes to me. His son and my son are in the same classroom. He offers to help me. We will collaborate a few weeks.

He had time to look for actors for several roles; he shows me the picture of Andres Rivera: no doubt, he will be perfect in the role of Hector Hermano, the police officer.

A few weeks later, without having looked for other actors for the same role, I meet Andres et offer the role to him; I never even saw him played before...

Browsing on internet, I see a short movie quite funny in which Rick Daniels is Saint Peter. For him too, one meeting, no audition et Rick will be Ghassan.
