Summer vacation. 3 French brothers, Matt, Eliot, and Lucas, (17, 14 and 7 years old) follow their American mother to San Francisco where she must take care of the house of her missing uncle. As the police investigates his mysterious disappearance, Eliot makes contact with their great uncle’s ghost and learns that he was murdered… and that the wicked Snorter is searching for his soul - to eat it.

The ghost is rather pleasant and because he hands the boys $100 bills, the brothers agree to find his soul and save it from the Snorter… but what does a soul look like exactly?
